{jordyn & adam} - columbia, sc engagement photographer

Jordyn reached out to me at the beginning of May about doing engagement photos for her and her fiance, Adam. We started talking back and forth about ideas and what Jordyn and Adam wanted out of the session.

They both wanted to incorporate their new home that they were buying (which they closed on the day before the session!) I loved the idea and was very excited to see their property. It was awesome! Such a great open area and a cute little home.

But boy was it hot! I apologized profusely about my lovely "glistening" but it was pretty hot. Jordyn and Adam were troopers and were such a blast to photograph.

Side note - OMG. Jordyn's eyes - I didn't even edit them! They are just that stunning. And I don't know about y'all but I totally saw an Orlando Bloom vibe from Adam.

Jordyn & Adam - I had a blast with y'all and thank you for being up for anything! I really hope y'all are enjoying your new home and I hope you like the photos!! :) Also, Adam - thank you for your service.

Here are a few of my favs! Enjoy!

{thompson} - columbia, south carolina headshot photographer

Michael has worked with my mom the past few years and reached out to me for some head shots. He warned me that although he is very confident in himself, he always feels awkward in front of a camera.

When I first started shooting he was actually saying out loud, "this is awkward." I told him that it really isn't normal for most people to do a photoshoot and it can be a little odd at first. I did my best to crack jokes and act a fool and I finally found a way to get him to show his great smile. Michael is a very smart and kind person and I think these photos portray that well.

Michael- I hope you like them. There are many, many more and I think you will see that you have a great smile and did a great job.

Here are some favs! Enjoy!

{lawing family} - columbia, sc family photographer

I've known the Lawings for a few years now and I have had the pleasure of photographing them on several occasions. Last year, I did their maternity photos and Jenalyn's newborn photos. I have been waiting not-so-patiently to do Jenalyn's 1 year photos and finally it was here!

I love this family. Legit. Kelli has the most gorgeous skin and knows how to work the camera. Michael is a fellow photography lover so we are always chatting about that. And Miss. Jenalyn .... wow oh wow. I have never met such an easy going baby! I mean we were out at Clemson Extension for over 2 hours and she was a doll. And not only that - she has the best facial expressions! Girl after my own heart :) We ended up talking for about 30 minutes afterwards and Jenalyn kept reaching for me - which totally melted my heart.

Ack! I seriously l-o-v-e this family.

Michael & Kelli - Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to photograph your family again. I always have such a great time with y'all and your daughter is so precious. I hope you enjoy your photos and I hope to work with y'all super soon! ;)

Here are my favs! Enjoy!
